Vibrant Health – Strategies to help you find health and peace of mind

Are you sick and tired of quick fixes and temporary cash-Merry-go-round of medications, doctors, surgery, dialysis, organ transplant, chemotherapy and radiotherapy? Would you regain or improve your health, have more energy and lose weight without doctors, drugs or surgery? Would you like to experience the joy and peace of mind of every human being wants and deserves?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you look no further because this article includes life choices and strategies that lead to vibrant health and longevity. Your responsibility, if you embrace it, is to implement them. These are the same strategies that I discovered and implemented on my journey back to health.

How do I know they lead to vibrant health? Here are the personal indisputable facts: I suffered with chronic asthma and was addicted to an inhaler for nearly 20 years. I was overweight, had arthritis, vertigo, and a host of other health challenges. Despite repeated doctor visits and faithfully taking medication daily, my health continued to fall apart.

Today, at the young age of 63 (will attain age 64 in May, 2008), asthma is no longer an issue and I’m no longer addicted to an inhaler, arthritis & vertigo vanished, and I lost over 60 pounds. I’m more energetic and feel better today than I did when I was in my 20s. Most importantly, I’m experiencing a peace of mind that’s truly amazing and enjoying that zest for life we all desire and deserve.

The facts indicate this country is in the middle of the greatest healthcare crisis in American history. Despite the nearly 2 trillion dollars spent on doctors, medications, surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, and organ transplants, the prevalence of chronic diseases for both children and adults continues to skyrocket. Think about it, if modern medicine could give us better health, we would already be healthy.

So in order to avoid chronic diseases, we must take charge of our life and assume personal responsibility for everything we put into and unto our body. Wishing for good health is not sufficient. Good health is not a gift from God. It’s not a stroke of good luck. And it’s not a matter of “good genes”, although genes do play a part.

Creating vibrant health is a matter of skill based on education, and having the foresight to implement what we learn. That means taking personal responsibility for our health, which requires a burning desire, an unwavering commitment, and plenty of persistence and determination. Whether we’re rich or poor doesn’t matter; all the money in the world can’t purchase great health once it disappears.

explain why and how to implement them.

I’m Edna Lawrence, Founder/CEO of Divine Health Solutions, Intl. As a Holistic Health Educator and Consultant, I conduct seminars and give presentations during various meetings in the home, church, office, or place of your choice. Also, I conduct phone & in-person consultations and provide the necessary knowledge and skills people need to step up and take responsibility for improving their own health.

After suffering with chronic disease for more than 20 years, I made a life-saving decision to assume responsibility for my own health, and embarked on a mission to discover what was happening to my body, but more importantly, what I could do to reclaim my health and life. Along the way, I discovered, amongst other Lifestyle Choices, an Herbal Whole Food Nutritional program that catapulted my health to new heights.

Unlike conventional health experts and those with medical degrees who speak and write about diseases and recommend drugs, surgery, and quick fixes to manage (not heal) them, I focus on personal responsibility and the Lifestyle Choices that lead to vibrant health as well as the God-given ability of the human body to heal itself when given the proper nourishment.

Sick or well – It’s Your Choice

If you want to believe it or not, you are responsible for being sick or healthy. Even if you have a serious illness or disease, the more likely is that the lifestyle you’ve decided to live. Some of the factors that can determine your health that you check every day.

* The type food you are eating
* The amount of regular exercise you do
* How you manage or eliminate stress
* The amount and type of nutrients you add to your diet

Now while all of these factors are important to good health, the first one and the fourth one are probably the two most important of all. These two factors have a strong influence on your immune
system so that it operates at the highest level. Then you can be surer it will defend you against any diseases or illnesses that may confront you.

So considering these two factors as the most important ones you need to be aware of these important points:

* A diet should include plenty of fruits and vegetables. When eating any type of meat, make sure it has been processed free of hormones and antibiotics.

* It’s also important that these animals are free to roam. This includes beef cattle, as well as, chickens and pigs. Cattle should be grass-fed. Chickens and pigs should be fed healthy and nutritional food free of any chemical additives.

* Fish is best if it is wild caught instead of farm raised..

* Be aware that fast food and/or processed food are not considered healthy choices. The harmful ingredients and the chemical additives that have been added to these foods have caused a world of health hazards.

* Now even though you may be on a healthy diet, it is still important to add additional nutrients to your body every day. No food contains all the nutrients you need to develop a healthy body.

When I said earlier that I believed diet and supplementation were the two most important factors for developing a healthy body, I didn’t mean to diminish the fact that exercise and stress management are also important as well.

As we age, exercise probably is now more important than ever. In our later years either because our children have grown up and moved away or because we have retired, we may not be quite as active as before. So now it’s vitally important to consider some kind of exercise program; no matter how mild it might be. Some kind of exercise is better than none at all.

Also as we age, high stress could be a major factor in our life too, especially during the poor economic times we are going through now. This is when we need to take better control of our mind and replace negative thinking with positive thinking.

So now you may say that all these ideas sound great to consider doing, but how do you go about setting up a plan to implement all them. Well if you will visit my website you will find we offer the
guidance you need to develop such a wellness program. You are going to find there:

* A well-known nutritional program to implement.

Sonny grew up in a family that owned a local florist business that lasted for 63 years. For 29 years he was personally involved in the business.

Eventually becoming dissatisfied at the age of 44 years with it, he left to become a sales representative and spent more than 20 years in sales roles.

After retirement Sonny became heavily involved in developing an Internet business.

Four years ago, his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. On the first visit with his wife to her oncologist, Sonny became involved in a discussion over possible treatments. He wanted to discuss alternative treatments instead of conventional treatments for her disease. The doctor was not receptive to his ideas at all.

His wife did eventually accept the doctor’s decision but Sonny never did endorse it.

Because of this experience he left the doctor’s office that day vowing to spent the rest of this life searching for alternative health methods to treat and cure all types of illnesses and diseases.

He then began sharing that information on his websites and even started writing articles on health matters to raise public awareness on the issues.

His wife’s cancer is now in remission and she does accept many of his healthy recommendations. Hopefully both of them will extend their life expectancy by following daily healthier practices.
