Shamanic Healing

shamanic healing is a spiritual practice and medical based on the belief that all healing has a spiritual dimension. Shamans enter altered states of consciousness to communicate with other domains of reality. The journey of the shaman is to help people rediscover their connection to nature and spirit.

“But the magician primitive, the medicine man or shaman is not just a patient, he is, above all, a sick man who was healed, who managed to heal itself.” -Author Unknown

A Siberian mystic tradition of shamanic medicine dates back 25,000 years. The shaman is responsible for the health of the individual and the community. This is a balanced physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Shamans are the ritual leader, herbalist, and mediator between the community and the spirit world. The methods of spiritual healing shamanic are now receiving increased attention and significant in our culture, because shamanic healing affects the energy of a person.

To better understand how a shaman heals, it is important to understand some basic concepts of what shamanism is. This is a specific set of methods to access the realm of the spirit or energy for anything or anyone. The shaman heals by working unseen / inner / spiritual reality of creating change, which creates changes in physical / everyday reality.

The essential perspective of the shaman is:

1. Everything is alive. Everything has spirit and awareness.

2. Energy and matter are the same. Everything is vibration. Everything that exists is an energy system within a greater energy system.

3. Everything that exists is connected to everything else in a web of energy or life.

4. Unseen/inner/spiritual reality affects visible reality.

The Major Differences between Conventional & Vibrational (Energy) Medicine

(From A Practical Guide to Vibrational Medicine, © 2000 by Richard Gerber, M.D.)

Conventional Medicine

-Based on Newtonian Physics

-Views the body as a bio-machine with dispensable parts

-Sees the brains as a bio-computer with consciousness as a by-product of the brain’s electrical activity

-Emotions thought to influence illness through neuro-hormonal connections between brain and body

-Treatments with drugs and surgery to fix abnormal bio-mechanisms in the physical body

-Treatments cause a plethora of side effects sometimes worse than what ails the person

-Treatments seldom restores one to complete health

-Renders the person dependent on the professional and on drugs

Vibrational (Energy) Medicine

-Based on Einsteinian and Quantum Physics

-Views the body as a dynamic energy system

-Mind and Spirit are true sources of consciousness (the actual operator who runs the brain/bio-computer)

-Emotions and spirit can influence illness via energetic and neuron-hormonal connection within mind, body and spirit

-Treatment with different forms and frequencies of energy to rebalance mind, body and spirit complex

-Treatments have no side effects

-Treatments totally restores one to complete health

-Empowers the person to create wellness as a part of life
